In general, we are a no refund region. We do not process refunds for scheduling conflicts, missed/cancelled practices or games, or for general satisfaction concerns  that may arise through the course of a normal season. If you feel you may have an exception to our refund policy, please email us your request with an explanation why the no refund policy does not apply to your situation. If a refund or credit is approved, please note that national and other 3rd party fees collected during online registration are not refundable by Romeoville Soccer.
